TAX- Sales tax of 9.3% will be added to all qualifying purchases. If tax exempt, bidders must submit a copy of their tax exempt paperwork or their tax ID certificate prior to bidding.

BUYERS PREMIUM- A 13% buyers premium will be added to all credit card purchases and a 10% buyers premium will be added to all cash purchases. Example:"If your winning bid is $50 on an item, you will be charged $55.00 if you pay cash, and charged $56.50 if you pay with credit card."

DEPOSIT- A $1 authorization on your credit card is required to bid. This is only an authorization and the $1 will be reversed after payment for items won is received. Depending on your financial institution, this may take 24-72 hours.

PAYMENTS- All payments must be received within 2 days following the close of the auction. Bidders may also pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover up to $1,000. Purchases over $1,000 must be paid by cash, cashier's check, money order, or wire transfer! If payment is not received the end of the second day following the auction, your credit card will be charged the total amount owed. If payment does not go through, your bidding privileges will be suspended or revoked and late charges will be applied to your invoice.

REFUNDS- All items purchased at auction are sold “As-Is” "where-is" with no warranty, guaranteed or implied.There will be absolutely no refunds.

REMOVAL OF ITEMS- All items must be picked up and removed within 3 days following the close of the auction. Winning bidders must be prepared to load and transport or make shipping arrangements on all items at their own expense. If items are not removed within 3 days following the auction, items will automatically be forefeited without refund or credit!

ITEM REPRESENTATION- Descriptions, photos, and any other information given by Auction Nation or one of its agents, is solely for informational purposes. Auction Nation is not responsible for inaccurate photos, descriptions, or information, verbal or implied. Bidders are encouraged to view items in person and to do their own research prior to bidding. By placing a bid, you guarantee to hold Auction Nation and its agents harmless of any wrong doing and hold us not responsible for inaccurate information and you guarantee to follow through with the winning bid purchase regardless of opinion!

LIABILITY- View and bid at your own risk. Auction Nation, LLC. is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business with Auction Nation, LLC. Additionally Auction Nation, LLC. is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind to anyone or anything relating to items obtained from Auction Nation, LLC. By placing a bid, you agree to hold Auction Nation and its agents harmless regardless of opinion.

TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT- Auction Nation LLC Reserves the right to change this agreement during or after the auction, as unforeseen circumstances arise and must be dealt with accordingly. Auction Nation LLC also reserves the right to postpone, extend, or cancel any auction, bid, or items in auction at anytime without prior notice. By bidding, you agree that Auction Nation gets the final say so in any disputes that may arise.

REGISTRATION- All bidders are first required to register with our online bidding software. To register, you will need a valid email address and credit card. This is a onetime registration. Once registered, you will receive a permanent bidder number which you will use on all future Auction Nation auctions. Please do not register twice!
